The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by YOGA LAB Zürich. When placing any order, the customer declares agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

Services offered are those presented on the Website and in the YOGA LAB. They include Yoga classes, workshops, retreats & events and study material. The products offered for sale on the site and in the studio are essentially yoga supplies.


All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of statutory value-added tax. Prices changes and errors are reserved. Prices of products and services are those in effect at the time of ordering.

           4.1. Refund & Cancellation

YOGA LAB passes are intended solely for the personal use by the individual purchasing them. They are non transferable and non refundable.

 4.2. Pass Validity, Extensions and Interruptions

Running series of 5 or 10 classes can be interrupted due to illness, accidents or pregnancy. Such pauses must be requested as soon as possible in writing at .  A medical certificate must be presented in support of your request.

Extensions may be considered during prolonged vacations or for important business matters. Such pass extensions should be requested in advance, in writing at  . Retrospective pass extensions are not possible. Each absence must amount to at least 1 week.

4.3. Trial Offer for New Clients
New YOGA LAB customers can benefit from the Trial Abo offer. This offer is strictly valid for new coming customers on their first visit and is not valid for returning customers nor for customers that have attended any free class.

4.4. Modification of Teacher and Studio Schedule
Modifications made by YOGA LAB to the studio or teacher schedule can occur at any time. No reimbursement will be made based on occurring changes.



 5.1. Privacy
Any personal data we request is necessary for business purpose only and is stored according to data protection regulations. It goes without saying for us that we treat all personal information as confidential. We guarantee not to disclose your data in any way to unauthorized third parties and to protect them from any unauthorized access.

5.2. Data Protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the Federal data protection provisions (Datenschutzgesetz – Data Protection Law) every person has the right to protect their private sphere and to prevent the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers we strive to protect the database as best as possible from external access, loss, misuse or falsification. When accessing our websites the following data is saved in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about the operating system or browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be recognised which we can use to correspondingly improve our offers.

5.3. Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (like button)
Our website uses integrated plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The Facebook plugins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the “like button” on our website.
