In this 2.5 h workshop, Nicole and Christina will bring you into a state of complete relaxation during a 90 minutes YIN yoga Class and a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice that will bring peace to your mind and rejuvenation to your body. After our class we will serve warm tea and delicious banana bread.
