YOGA LAB – Where Yoga meets Science
In unserem Studio findest du Klassen, die perfekt auf deine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind. Arbeitest du im Büro und verbringst die meiste Zeit sitzend an deinem Pult? Hält dich dein Job auf Trab und lässt wenig Zeit für Ruhe und Entspannung? Oder möchtest du einfach mal wieder etwas nur für dich tun, dass dir so richtig gut tut? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Unsere Klassen sind in 3 verschieden Kategorien eingeteilt: Energize, Relax und Repair. So kannst du deinen Stundenplan immer perfekt auf deine Bedürfnisse abstimmen und auch mal mit neuen Klassen experimentieren. Ob du nun deine Kraft verbessern oder lieber bewusst Stress abbauen möchtest, ob du wegen Verspannungen oder einfach zum Spass kommst, im Yoga Lab findest du deine perfekte Klasse - sieben Tage die Woche.
Wir versprechen dir, dass du die Stunde mit neuer Energie und einem Lächeln verlassen wirst.

This is my favorite Yoga studio in ZH. Absolutely lovely furniture (the pictures speaking for themselves) and amazing yoga teachers who really have yoga as their big passion. I would recommend it to everyone who likes to find the calm after a busy workday, to start a powerful weekend or a relaxing Sunday. Truly love it.

The atmosphere in this small but cozy studio is just mind-blowing. It is well equipped with all that's needed for a strengthening and relaxing class. There is the option of completely isolating the inside from the outer world with curtains in front of the big windows. Additionally, there's a small room where you can have a chat before or after the class or change into your Yoga clothes.

I have been visiting the YOGA LAB studio for several weeks now and I am really excited about the quality yoga classes they offer there. The size of a class is limited to a maximum of 12 people which gives the instructor sufficient time to support and correct the various poses. Another aspect I truly appreciate is that the asanas are thoroughly explained (as needed and according to the proficiency of the class) including which muscles are used and the impact of the pose on body and mind. All in all this is a perfect place for any yoga newbie as well as for a seasoned yogi, a quiet place conveniently located in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

Events & Workshops
We are so incredibly excited to introduce our first 5-week course of Mommy and Baby Yoga with Donna Adcock!
This course is especially designed for babies 12 weeks to pre-crawling age. This class is a perfect opportunity for mommies and their babies to bond and explore. Another wonderful aspect of this course is the opportunity to meet other new moms! Never underestimate the power of friendship that can evolve in those classes! It’s a fun group, filled with songs and movements for your baby. This helps strengthen their physical body, stimulate their senses, improve their digestion and can provide relief for colicky babies. Performing new movements and holds with your baby provides the tactile stimulation necessary for development of their brain and nervous system. The class will enhance communication between you and your baby, helping your baby move from reflex to voluntary movements.
Have you missed our last Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop and would love another chance to practice with us? Than join us for our second workshop this February. Leave the winter cold behind you and get ready for being the most relaxed you have ever been. In this 2.5 h workshop, Nicole and Christina will bring you into a state of complete relaxation during a 90 minutes YIN yoga Class and a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice that will bring peace to your mind and rejuvenation to your body. After our class we will serve warm tea and delicious banana bread. Yin Yoga soothes the nervous system, supports immune function, calms the mind and deepens our breath. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that will help you experience complete relaxation and enhance your capacity to experience well-being and to connect to your true inner nature. Appropriate for students of all ages and at all levels of practice.
